This site is offered to you as a user for your acceptance without negotiation of the terms, conditions, and clauses contained herein. The relationship between the Travel Agency website and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither party (including officers, agents, and employees) shall be considered or constituted as partners, joint venturers, trustees, employees, and/or common agents.

This website is an online travel agency and tour operator, whose technological platform allows a large number of tourism service providers (the “Provider/s”) to offer and market their services to users, who in turn can make inquiries about flights, accommodation, cars, cruises, activities and other tourism services, compare and book these services in real time and acquire them separately or in combination, putting together and managing their own trip or being advised by our team of travel advisors, according to their personal needs.

VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP, through this website, is not the provider of the travel services and acts on behalf of the providers. Therefore, it is not directly or indirectly obligated to provide the travel service. When you book travel services through this website, you are entering into a contract directly with the provider offering their travel services through our platform. The website and the travel agencies in each country that support it act as intermediaries between you and the travel service providers and act on behalf of the provider.

By booking Tourist Services through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions below. You also warrant that: (i) you are of legal age; (ii) you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts; (iii) you are only using the Platform to book or book Tourist Services for yourself and/or for another person for whom you are authorized to act; and (iv) all information you provide on this website is true, accurate, current, and complete.

ACCURACY OF RESERVATION / LEGAL NAMES: You must immediately review all aspects of your reservation to verify: passenger names, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, prices, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, organized activities listed on your reservation receipt, and any other relevant information. Notify VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP immediately if any omissions and/or corrections to the reservation details are needed. You voluntarily assume full and exclusive responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs associated with failing to notify us of such errors and/or omissions. You must also verify the accuracy of your legal first and last names, which must be identical to the names shown on your government-issued photo identification.

RESPONSIBILITY: VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP acts solely as an agent for the airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, accommodation providers, car rental companies, ground operators, and any other travel service providers shown on your itinerary. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers or their subcontractors, nor for their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or fulfill their contracts. FURTHERMORE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE AND/OR DELAY DUE TO ILLNESS, THEFT, LABOR DISPUTES, BANKRUPTCY, MECHANICAL FAILURES, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS, WEATHER CONTROL, VOLCANIC LIABILITY OR TERRITORIAL DISPUTES, TERRITORIAL DISPUTES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, LACK OF CONNECTIONS, CHANGES OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY.

WARNINGS: We have no special knowledge of foreign entry requirements, unsafe conditions—health risks, weather risks, supplier bankruptcies, or the suitability of a person with a disability for any part of any trip. For foreign entry requirements for U.S. citizens, please visit the websites listed below. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please visit your country's website for entry requirements for your destination country. For health risks and requirements abroad, please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website listed below. You assume full and complete responsibility for verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for your destination(s) and connecting points, and all conditions related to health, safety, political stability, and labor or civil unrest in such destination(s). You hereby release us from any and all claims resulting in whole or in part from any issue covered in this paragraph and from any other cause beyond our control, and agree to file all other claims with us within 30 days of your return from your trip.

PAYMENTS: VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP accepts cash, check, money order, Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard. www.viajaorlandobarato.com We hold your reservation until the "Deposit Due Date" indicated in your confirmation. If VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP does not receive your deposit/payment on or before the Deposit Due Date, your reservation may be canceled. Failure to make timely payments will automatically put your reservation at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately and before your payment due date if you are unable to meet this obligation. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP is hereby released from all liability for the cancellation of any reservation due to late payment or credit card decline.

PRICE: Travel arrangements that include airline and cruise components are subject to additional price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or the government after you have completed your purchase. You hereby accept such price increases and authorize the use of your credit card for them. Other prices are not guaranteed until we receive your final payment. Availability may change without notice. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP is not responsible for errors or omissions in quotations or advertisements, including those on our website, that result in discrepancies in inventory, content, or pricing, nor is it responsible for errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor published prices that they deem erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical errors. You acknowledge this right and agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP from any action or damage arising from the Supplier's pricing.

AIR FARES: a. Prohibited practices: You agree that you will not deviate from your reservation by making unscheduled stopovers. Tickets may not be purchased or used at the fare(s) from an initial departure point on the ticket that is earlier than your actual point of origin, or to a point(s) farther away than your actual destination, even if purchasing and using such tickets results in a lower fare. This practice is known as “Hidden City Ticketing” or “Further Point Ticketing” and is prohibited. Purchasing and using round-trip tickets for the purpose of making only a one-way trip, known as “Disposable Ticketing,” is also prohibited. Using two or more different tickets issued at round-trip fares to circumvent applicable rules (such as advance purchase/minimum stay requirements), commonly known as “Consecutive Ticketing,” is also prohibited.

When a ticket is purchased and used in violation of these rules, VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP and the corresponding airline have the right, at their sole discretion, to take all actions permitted by law, including but not limited to the following: (i) invalidate the ticket(s); (ii) cancel any remaining part of your itinerary; (iii) confiscate unused flight vouchers; (iv) refuse to board you and transport your baggage; (v) assess you at the actual value of the ticket, which will be the difference between the lowest fare applicable to your actual itinerary and the fare actually paid; (vi) remove miles from your frequent flyer account and/or cancel your participation in the frequent flyer program; (vii) take legal action against you.

  1. Luggage:Each airline has its own baggage policy. We recommend checking with your airline in advance for any weight restrictions and additional charges related to checked baggage. You will be responsible for paying the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage, including but not limited to golf bags and oversized luggage. If you exceed your airline's weight limit and excess baggage is permitted, you will need to pay a supplement directly to the airline at the airport.

The airline is responsible to you for the baggage entrusted to it and is limited by applicable international conventions and regulations. In the event of damage, late delivery, theft, or loss of baggage, you must contact your airline and report the damage, absence, or loss of your belongings before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration, attaching the following documents: a copy of your confirmation, baggage claim receipt, and declaration.

VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP recommends that you obtain an insurance policy that covers the value of your belongings. If you do not show up for your reservation on the date and time indicated (or arrive late), this constitutes what is known in the tourism industry as a no-show, and you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund. If you will not be using your reservation in whole or in part, or if you will be late, we recommend that you notify VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP in advance to learn about any applicable restrictions.

ACCOMMODATION AND ACTIVITIES: Accommodation is defined as lodging in a dwelling or similar accommodation offered to travelers, including but not limited to hotels, condominiums, cruise ship accommodations, motels, timeshares, campsites, and resorts.

  1. Accommodation classification:The number of stars assigned to hotels and other accommodation providers listed by VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP corresponds to a classification established as a reference according to the local regulations of the host country. Please note that accommodations and "star" designations may vary from country to country. The comments we make in our descriptions are based on our knowledge of the establishments and the feedback we have received from customers. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP does not guarantee the suitability or availability of accommodations, and if the private accommodations you are looking for are unavailable, we will make every effort to book comparable accommodations, if possible. You will be responsible for any additional costs, such as upgrades, etc. We reserve the right, for technical reasons, in cases of force majeure, or due to actions by third parties, to replace the planned hotel with accommodations of the same category that offer equivalent services. This would only occur in exceptional circumstances, and in such cases, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this need.
  2. Taking possession and eviction from your room:Policies regarding room takeover and vacating vary by hotel and/or country, so it is your responsibility to check with the hotel in advance to verify the relevant policies and schedules. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP is not responsible for any charges or damages resulting from your failure to take possession of or vacate your room on time.
  3. Room types:Room classifications and amenities may vary by hotel and/or country, so it is your responsibility to check with the hotel in advance to verify the specific amenities offered at the time of your stay. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP does not guarantee that its descriptions and photographs are an exact representation of the particular rooms it offers.
  4. Meals:These depend on the chosen/applicable meal plan. (i) All-inclusive: Includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and standard drinks (mineral water, fruit juice, soft drinks, wines, local spirits). Some alcoholic beverages may not be included and will be billed separately. (ii) Full board: Includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but not drinks. (iii) Half board: Includes accommodation, breakfast, and either lunch or dinner, but not drinks. (iv) For full or half board, drinks are not included unless specifically stated in the description. (v) In some countries, drinking water is not always available; therefore, any bottled water purchased is the responsibility of the guest. Guests must comply with all relevant regulations, particularly regarding restaurant and bar opening hours and designated areas for consuming food and beverages.
  5. Activities offered during your stay:An activity may not be suitable for all ages or for individuals with certain medical conditions. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP shall not be held liable for any incident or accident resulting from a lack of supervision on your part. It may occur that certain activities mentioned in the trip description are no longer provided by our local supplier due to weather conditions, force majeure, off-season stays, or when the minimum number of participants required for a specific activity is not reached (e.g., group sports, kids' clubs). Service Availability and Variations Seasonal Changes: At the beginning or end of the season, some activities may be unavailable, and certain facilities (restaurants, swimming pools, etc.) may be closed or under maintenance. Frequency: As a general rule, entertainment and sporting activities may vary in frequency depending on occupancy levels and weather conditions. Equipment: Especially during peak season, the number of umbrellas, sun loungers, sports equipment, etc., may be insufficient to meet demand. Third-party Establishments: Opening hours for bars, restaurants, nightclubs, etc., may be irregular and are at the discretion of the establishment's management. Liability and Compensation You agree that VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP is not responsible for activities that are unavailable for any of the reasons mentioned above. Sporting activities offered for collective participation are typically organized by external providers. Any travel expenses related to these activities are the responsibility of the client. Furthermore, these activities may be withdrawn at the organizer's discretion if there is insufficient demand. This shall not give rise to any right to compensation. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF AN ACTIVITY CAN BE DANGEROUS AND INHERENTLY RISKY AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH; LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR DESTROYED PROPERTY; OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND OPERATION OF THE ACTIVITY, AND ALL ACTIONS OR EVENTS OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE ACTIVITY.
  6. Babys:We ask parents traveling with infants to bring appropriate food for their child, as it may not be available at their destination. You may be required to pay a fee for services such as providing a crib and/or heating baby food and drinks. You should request these services at the time of booking, although we cannot guarantee their availability.
  7. Pregnant women:VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP recommends that pregnant women consult with their doctors before making any reservations to confirm that participation in the trip is appropriate for them. You agree that VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP will not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to participate in part or all of the trip due to pregnancy or a related illness, and no compensation will be paid in such circumstances.
  8. Travelers with special needs or disabilities:If you have special needs or a disability, you should contact your accommodation provider in advance and verify that those needs can be accommodated. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP does not guarantee the ability of any accommodation, activity provider, or facility advertised on its site to meet the special needs of customers with disabilities. VIAJA ORLANDO BARATO INTERNATIONAL CORP has no special knowledge regarding the suitability of people with disabilities for any part of any tour or activity offered.
